My goal is to slow the process down enough to understand the whole picture. What has happened in the past and what is happening now? What has or has not helped? What change will matter most to you? My team and I work from the same place: thoughtful, collaborative care that helps people feel understood and gives them a realistic path forward.
I’m a PMHNP with experience in nervous system health, trauma, women’s health, and multi- diagnoses psychiatric care. I provide evaluation, medication management, and ongoing treatment. My approach is practical, direct, and collaborative—I look beyond symptoms and diagnoses to understand the whole person and make treatment decisions with you, not for you.
No crisis needed to reach out. I work with people are used to being the over-capable one while quietly feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unlike themselves. You do not need the perfect words or a clear diagnosis.
