My style is not about quick appointments and hurried prescriptions; My GOAL is to actually help you. Our time together is spent on personalizing your care, by combining medications with various therapies that really work for you, with an emphasis on solution focused therapy (SFT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and later on incorporating internal family systems (IFS) therapy.

I specialize in combining medication with therapy. The research shows through a lot of evidence that when one person (provider) does both the medication and the therapy, the improvement you experience is significantly better than getting meds from one person and therapy from another.

I have been in a healthcare for a long time in various careers, I started as a podiatrist, then imaging and radiology, followed by nursing, education, life coaching, and finally mental health. So, I bring vast amount of real-world experience with me, all of which I use to help you with improving your mental health as well as other aspects of your life.
