I am a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner. Since 2021, I have focused on mental health, working primarily with children, teens, and young adults. I received advanced training at UCSF, which has shaped my evidence-based and patient-centered approach to care. I have expertise in neurodivergence and trauma-informed care and incorporate therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. These are combined with thoughtful medication management.
