I work with people navigating mood disorders like depression, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder, as well as those struggling with substance use, eating disorders, or personality disorders. Many of my patients begin therapy looking to understand their behaviors and build awareness around what drives them, especially when it comes to substance use and eating patterns. Through our work, we’ll explore those patterns with curiosity and care, and then move toward lasting change.
In our sessions, I’ll support you in understanding your thought patterns, emotional cycles, and motivations so we can build healthier alternatives together. I integrate medication management with therapy when needed, always choosing the least invasive, most effective approach.
I’m a Miami native and trained at Yale University, where I developed a strong foundation in psychiatric care. I’m grounded, relationship-focused, and committed to helping you feel safe, heard, and understood. Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors, cooking, biking, or reading by the water.
