We often come into our personal behaviors, thoughts, & feelings because they have helped us survive our own anxieties. Between psychopharmacology & therapy, some will choose 1 modality over the other. Often, both together is most effective. We can decide which is the best treatment plan. Before private practice, I worked in Infectious Diseases, Addictions, Public Health, & Group Therapy. Since becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse, I've obtained add'l experience & certification in mood changes surrounding (in)fertility, childbirth and parenting, and Financial Recovery.
