I am a nationally board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the founder of TrueMynd Psychiatry, an innovative telehealth practice dedicated to expanding access to high-quality psychiatric and addiction care. I graduated from New York University (NYU) and bring nearly a decade of clinical experience in psychiatric and addiction medicine. Prior to launching TrueMynd, I served as Associate Medical Director and Director of Nursing at Phoenix House NY/LI, where I led multidisciplinary teams in both residential and outpatient settings.
I provide psychiatric care to individuals 14+. I specialize in substance use disorders including MAT (Buprenorphine) and co-occurring conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, phobias, and insomnia.
