My primary treatment focus is the use of education, reasonable doses of medication, and therapy to treat and manage symptoms that are negatively affecting the quality of your life. You can choose between tele or in person 30 minute or 1 hour appointments to address any questions or concerns you have. I support and respect the autonomy of my patients through collaboration and shared treatment goals which means: we will work together as a team.
I am very skilled at identifying and treating Autism Spectrum, PTSD , ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I also provide medication consultation, session planning, and therapeutic integration for psychedelic medicines. I use Ketamine Assisted Therapy to address deeper issues that are often treatment resistant.
I am often described as very direct, down to earth, and funny. I proudly live and work in Oregon which allows me to see patients via telehealth and in office as needed. Most of my patients stay in my care for years and generally only leave after moving out of state. I also enjoy teaching student clinicians and new providers how to become expert clinicians.
