As a PMHNP-BC with over 10 years of experience, I (Juliet Forbi) believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. I provide an initial psychiatric evaluation, diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans, and have routine follow-up visits to monitor symptoms and medication effectiveness. I offer therapeutic interventions through education, medication management, and counseling. I provide care for individuals from ages 10 years to older 65+.
I provide a positive and healing environment for my clients and their families, treating them with respect, dignity, and compassion to build a solid and trusting relationship. My services are built on the patient-centered care philosophy to empower my clients to become happier and healthier.
