As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am here to support you on your journey to be your best self. My space is nonjudgemental, open, and safe. Whether symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, or something undiagnosed, are controlling you, let’s work together to figure out a plan and get to the root of the symptoms. You are not a diagnosis, rather an individual with an assortment of symptoms for which you seek relief. All ages 6 to 99, ethnicities, gender identities, and LGBTQIA+ are welcome.
I take a holistic approach to care because mind and body are interwoven. I also believe in collaborative care that offers you options which may include pharmacologic, natural and complementary, and talk therapy. Working together, our goal is to alleviate debilitating symptoms that impair your ability to function day to day.
When you feel so dark or low, medications can help you begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Other times medications are not always necessary, and you may just need a supportive ear or community resources. In any case, I am here to work with you on your journey towards being your best self.
