My approach to therapy is supportive and I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) during therapies with my clients. Focusing on the individual mental health needs as we work together to achieve the desired goal. Respectful, positive environment where the patients feel heard and understood.
Becoming a mental healthcare provider has always been my dream from a very young age, and with all the clinical experiences it became my passion to heal others. Assess patient knowledge to plan goals that are important, be realistic, and set 2 to 3 goals at a time to prevent patients from being overwhelmed.
From the first session, patient will feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable to express their internal feeling and also begin to gain the knowledge needed to manage their illness.
