I am a board-certified PMHNP. My approach to mental health care is holistic and I utilize prescription medications and supplements to help alleviate symptoms and facilitate healing for patients. I am also familiar with genetic testing and how to utilize this to help patients have the best outcomes possible. I believe that medications are only one of the tools that can help improve mental health.
My approach to mental healthcare is holistic and collaborative. Typically, I work to educate patients about their options for symptom relief and we decide together how best to proceed. I believe in providing individualized care as much as possible.
