About
I am a Clinical Assistant Professor at Boston College, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a registered yoga teacher. I specialize in providing in-person, home-based and telehealth mindful mental health services, including prescribing psychiatric medications and using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I utilize mindfulness-based techniques, such as MBCT and yoga in my treatment plans to support holistic mental health and meet the unique wellness goals of my clients. I provide new prescriptions or refills of psychiatric medications based on the needs and preferences of my clients.
I’ve worked at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center, the Cambridge Health Alliance, TaraVista Behavioral Health Center and Walden Behavioral Care.
I look forward to working with you!
