Let me share with you why I do what I do. Some of us have had a provider who doesn't listen to you, talked down to you, or was dismissive of what you were going through. That is NOT who I want to be. I strive to provide a safe space where you feel listened to, respected and hopefully encouraged. That is why my initial visits are 90 minutes, so I can get a full picture of who you are and what you are hoping to accomplish. My follow up visits are 30 minutes. Through compassionate listening and helpful medications, we will seek to address your needs and find your help.
I am a Family Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner as well as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner. I have experience working with all ages: children, teens and adults. My specialties include diagnosing and treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, as well as focusing on the areas of adoptive families and autism.
