As a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I consider the whole person — medical, emotional, and lifestyle factors. Psychiatric medication, when carefully chosen and monitored, can ease symptoms and open space for healing. I also provide individual therapy for children and adults as well as couples therapy.

I specialize in psychiatric medication management, creating individualized treatment plans that are safe, effective, and adjusted as your needs evolve. My dual certification helps me see the whole picture, not just symptoms. In addition to prescribing, I also provide therapy for children, adults, and couples to ensure care is comprehensive and collaborative.
