I’m Julie Bass, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience working in mental health across a variety of settings. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, trauma, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning, and motivated, yet feel internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. They value depth, nuance, and collaborative care, and are seeking more than symptom suppression—they want clarity, understanding, and lasting change.

My approach is thoughtful, integrative, and rooted in careful assessment rather than quick fixes. I offer comprehensive evaluations, personalized medication management, root-cause focused care, and careful medication optimization and deprescribing when appropriate. Treatment is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to the whole person.
