My purpose is to help others as I have been there myself. Especially those who feel like they do not belong. I specialize in medication management and therapy, and I have a passion for working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, and neurodivergent conditions such as autism and ADHD. I also work closely with Bipolar, PTSD and complex trauma. If you have struggled to speak up for your needs and to recover from domestic abuse and trauma, you have a special place in my heart. I am a dual-degree Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Practice. My motto is to listen and understand the complex nature of Mind and the body . This approach enables me to offer holistic care. I have been in health care since 1997. Then in 2017 with my Family Nurse Practitioner degree and Psychiatric in 2022.
I am Neurodivergent with ADHD and Autism. This helps me understand those who often feel like outsiders. I have a passion for those who the healthcare system has failed, or who are victims of domestic/sexual abuse, PTSD, ASD, ADHD, Bipolar and complex trauma. I do therapy to uplift those who have complex trauma and to empower your strength.
