Hello and thank you for visiting my page. At Eastern Sky Wellness, I offer diagnostic and medication services for adults in Maine. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, bipolar spectrum, ADHD, and neurodivergence. Clients who come to me might be new to taking medication and have questions. Others might be seeking to make changes to existing medication, or maybe want to know if there are other options. No matter where you are on your journey, I believe that everyone deserves to feel and function at their best, and I'm here to support you 100%.
I take a client-centered approach which means that you are central to decision making when it comes to your care. I'm more of a guide. I enjoy sharing what I know about mental health and will give you options for treatment, medication (maybe) and otherwise. My hope is that clients will leave sessions feeling supported and empowered.
