Hi! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in Connecticut. I received my masters degree from Fairfield University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help young adults/adults struggling with depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety. Together we determine the best pharmacological (and non-pharmacological) interventions to provide relief of symptoms. I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management. I will no longer be prescribing benzodiazepines or stimulants. I do not complete accommodations/disability paperwork.
I work with adults (18 - 64 years old) to improve the quality of their lives through a collaborative process in which client and provider together devise treatment plans. I combine clinical expertise with a warm, empathetic approach to help clients achieve their best mental health.
