Hello. My name is Juanita McDonnell MSN, PMHNP, FNP, and I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as well as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward improved well-being. With over 10 years of experience in providing compassionate care, I specialize in helping people navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, ADHD, and life transitions. I treat patients of all ages and throughout the lifespan.
My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can freely express yourself and work collaboratively toward your goals. Together, we will explore strategies that empower you to manage difficulties and foster lasting positive change.
Additionally, as a former paramedic, I have special insight and understanding of the stressors associated with high stress situations. As such, I find it a privilege to work with first responders and military personnel as they navigate the unique challenges of integrating professional responsibilities with personal life.
