Emotional and mental health issues are always difficult and sometimes terrifying to deal with. My approach is to help you develop an understanding of your problems, their biological, social, cultural components and specially, about the ways you think, experience and function in the world. So we can develop a comprehensive treatment plan that can include psychoanalytic informed psychotherapy, pharmacotherapy, life style changes or others as needed.
I am experienced working with different cultural and social backgrounds as well as different age groups, from University students to the elderly. I am fluent in Spanish. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
