I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 and up who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, substance use concerns, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Many clients come to treatment feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we develop individualized treatment plans to support greater stability and well-being.
As a PMHNP, I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, education, and individualized treatment planning for adolescents and adults ages 12 and up. I support clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, substance use concerns, and co-occurring conditions using a compassionate, collaborative, patient-centered approach.
