I have had a long career working in mental healthcare at McLean Hospital, treating patients ranging in age from late adolescence through the elderly, and completed my clinical training there while earning my graduate degree from Regis College. I believe treatment to be multifaceted, with medication management, psychotherapy, and lifestyle changes as factors that work best in concert with each other.
