I am the Clinical Director of Arizona Psychiatric Health and a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Medicine. I provide evidence-based psychiatric care and integrate advanced training in Somatic Experiencing to support nervous system regulation and healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and related conditions. Each session—whether medication management, therapy, or carefully monitored ketamine-based treatment—is designed to be purposeful and healing, with clients leaving each visit with insight, improved regulation, education, and a clear plan forward.

I help adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma-related symptoms, and treatment-resistant conditions. I offer thoughtful medication management, psychotherapy, and carefully monitored ketamine-based treatment when appropriate. My approach is collaborative, regulation-focused, and designed to support meaningful, sustainable change.
