By integrating medication management with various therapeutic techniques in a relaxed, conversational environment, I create a space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings deeply and comfortably. I have a special interest in OCD and ADHD, however, I diagnose and prescribe medication for many different focuses, including anxiety, depression, Bipolar, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, and more. I employ principles of cognitive behavioral therapy with all of my patients, as well as exposure and response prevention for OCD.
I was drawn to the mental health field because of my own personal struggle with OCD earlier in my life. I understand the weight of a mental health battle. I can vividly remember the constant feeling of wanting to feel peace and a quieter mind. To feel like myself again.
