My name is Dr. Josh Waddell DNP, MA, PMHNP-BC. I am an integrative psychiatric provider that focuses on treating mental health issues through root cause analysis. Whether it's issues of mood, thought or behavior; I truly believe there is a biological and psychological why. I believe the goal in treatment is not to manage these issues but understand them and restore wellness. To guide treatment I create an individualized plan that may use conventional medications, psychotherapy, and/or alternative treatments.

I specializes in the use of integrative practices. I use root cause analysis that is focused in the concepts of functional medicine and psychotherapy. I assess through the lens of body, mind, spirit, and environment. Interventions include medications, psychotherapy, nutrition, life-coaching, and herbal medications
