I am a psychoanalyst with Buddhist and existential proclivities. Who are you ? Where is the meaning(s) in your life? Struggling with decisions? We all are. Life is wonderful. Life is too difficult. Psychotherapy is one of those unique relationships to explore and deepen your understanding of who you are. I love it!
Love, work, humor: this preposterous thing, life. I engage. I listen,respond, interact. I will work with you one on one, perhaps in a psychotherapy group( I love groups) or with your partner. Warning: it aint easy. No one should go it alone. Finally, body and mind are one. Care for the body is care for the mind is care for the person.
I eschew drugs and will help you get off of antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs.I tend to be philosophical. "Believers", atheists, agnostics all must face death, loneliness, meaninglessness, and free will. I will join in this existential wrestling match.
