I work with clients who often feel stuck in relationships, life goals, and achieving personal fulfillment. Many describe that their current ways of coping with stress no longer serve them. When previous efforts to manage these challenges alone have brought limited relief, they come to me seeking support from someone warm, approachable, inviting, and responsive—to explore and work through these challenges together.
