Dr. Tiongko is a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. He completed his residency at Cooper University Hospital and fellowship at Northwell Zucker Hillside Hospital. He is now a staff psychiatrist Rockland Childrens Psychiatric Center.
