I blend client-centered and mindfulness-based approaches based on what you actually need. Everything is evidence-based, but never one-size-fits-all. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
I've worked as an EMT, an ICU nurse during COVID, an ER nurse, and in inpatient psych. I've seen mental health from a lot of angles.
