I typically work with individuals who have previously explored therapy or medication management but seek a holistic approach that combines both. Furthermore, I delve deeper by recognizing that unconscious aspects often impede progress. Drawing from my expertise in altered mental states and psychedelic therapy, I guide clients toward self-understanding. I find that usually the type of person who likes to work with me wants to understand themselves a little better and doesn't want a band-aid solution.

I specialize in medication management combined with talk therapy. My emphasis is on an action-based approach that helps build momentum. I always give a "gameplan" of my sessions in writing which helps you keep track of what we are working on in-between appointments. This also allows you to measure your progress and avoid second-guessing yourself.

My approach to mental health is compassionate yet firm. I will be working with all the tools at my disposal to help you achieve your goals. Mental health can often seem like a puzzle you have to solve. Yet, you don't have to solve it alone.
