Patients come to me with a variety of different issues, from addiction to depression, anxiety to ADHD, and many others. My initial goal is to listen to your current circumstances carefully and then discuss multiple treatment options. These options usually include gold-standard treatments like talk therapy and medications, but may also include newer treatments like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or ketamine. Together, we will explore all of these different options and create a treatment plan together that reflects your goals and preferences.
Your treatment plan will be the right combination of treatments for your individual situation. I also enjoy working with providers from other modalities whenever appropriate and find this kind of professional collaboration is often crucial to recovery.
