I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed mental health care. With over six years of experience as an inpatient psychiatric nurse, I witnessed firsthand the critical need for early mental health intervention. My passion for helping individuals before they reach a state of crisis led me to become a PMHNP. I am committed to supporting client autonomy and self-determination, as well as creating a safe, affirming space for all clients—with a special focus on LGBTQ+ individuals.
I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, and ADHD. My treatment approach is informed by the reality that the mental health system has historically caused trauma to some of those it sought to help. Therefore, clients under my care can expect transparency and meaningful involvement in their treatment.
