Currently accepting clients for coaching / behavioral mgmt or professional consultation for ADD/ADHD without meds, whether for their own symptoms or to understand/support others with ADD/ADHD. (Occasionally able to accept new patients for med mgmt who are high functioning adults already diagnosed with ADD/ADHD by a psychiatrist, psychologist or neurologist, and who already have an ADHD medication regimen within FDA-established dose limits which they wish to continue without change.)
$380 Intake. $155 - 20 min. $230 - 45 min. $330 - 105 min. Payment via Zelle or Venmo at time of service. All refills submitted electronically. Extended evening & weekend hours available without fee increase. Currently all telemed or tele-consult via real-time, synchronous audio-visual link.
Dr. Moore does not accept Medicare, Medicaid, DARS or Workers' Comp. Dr. Moore does not accept insurance or FSA/HSA cards, but can provide coded receipts for patients pursuing out-of-network benefits &/or FSA/HSA claims on their own. Dr. Moore does not specialize in disability, accommodations, addiction, or legal cases.
