I completed both my undergraduate and master’s degrees at The Ohio State University, beginning my career at OSU East and Talbot Hall. From there, I transitioned to outpatient mental health and addiction services at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions and Basecamp Recovery Center, specializing in dual diagnosis treatment. This included the diagnosis and management of complex mental health disorders such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, sleep dysfunction, and PTSD.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching thousands of patients and healthcare professionals on topics ranging from neuroscience and psychopharmacology to motivational interviewing, resilience, trauma-informed care, and compassion training.
As a provider, my goal is to help patients learn, heal, and grow. Practicing as a PMHNP has been one of the greatest honors of my life, allowing me to support individuals, their families, and our broader community.
