I aspire to help those that are struggling navigating the complexity of their relationships or for those that feel relationships are challenging and difficult. Whether it is navigating the modern dating world, dealing with a long-term partner, recovering from a friendship breakup, feeling lonely with your current friends, or not getting a long with a boss or colleague, relationships are at the essence of our every day lives. So it is my aim to help you connect better all around.
After advancing my nursing practice to be an NP my mission was always to help people feel better about themselves. Having worked with patients struggling with their body image in the plastic surgery setting, I began to see how relationship issues bled into the core of these conversations with these clients. This is where I felt I can make the most impact.
I have a empathetic and direct approach to help my clients reach the goals they have set for themselves and their loved ones. Orphaned by the age of 19, relationships were a struggle of mine also. Doing this kind of work has been an incredibly gratifying experience that I enjoy sharing with those in need of developing these skills giving them fulfillment.
