Are you looking for a responsive, collaborative, and empathetic psychiatrist? I work with adult clients on a variety of mental health issues including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, and OCD. I am an independent, human-centered, solo psychiatrist in private practice. I believe wholeheartedly in the safety and efficacy of psychiatric medications, but some patients ask me if they still need medication, or how to come off of them safely. If that's you, I'll work with you on a personalized medication regimen.
I offer medication management as well as psychotherapy. I am trained in various types of psychotherapy, including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I love using these techniques to help patients heal, or even just understand themselves better. When it comes to medication, I don't push; we talk through your options and decide together.
I strive to maintain a friendly and welcoming environment in practice. I am always curious about your life and your experiences. If you have any questions or would like to know more, please feel free to message or give me a call. I have evening appointments available until 8pm. My office is on 389 Whitney in New Haven, with parking available on site.
