About
I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and I specialize in providing medication management and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a range of mental health concerns. Over my ten years of mental health experience, I have worked with people of all ages, from young kids to older adults. I believe our work together starts with creating a safe space to explore your journey and current struggles. I will work collaboratively with you to make thoughtful steps towards achieving better functioning and optimal mental health.
My approach to psychopharmacology and therapy is both patient-centered and evidence-based, and I have success in treating a variety of mental health diagnoses including ADHD, trauma, depression, anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). While psychiatric medicine is helpful, It is almost always most effective when combined with psychotherapy.
