I’m Joanne Howden-Rich, I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, via telehealth virtual or in-person appointments. My approach is compassionate, honest, and practical. I combine thoughtful medication management with supportive therapy when appropriate, helping patients feel understood while also creating a clear path forward. I know that reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make the process feel less intimidating, more human, and centered around you.
My work is shaped by personal loss, lived experience, and a belief that mental health care should feel human, not rushed. I care for children, teens, and adults by looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. Through medication management, education, and collaboration, I provide supportive, respectful care.
