Many of my patients come to me after feeling rushed, unheard, or dismissed elsewhere. They aren't just looking for a prescription—they're looking for a psychiatrist who truly listens and understands what they are going through. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, sleep concerns, and life transitions. I offer longer, unhurried appointments and take time to understand you as a whole person. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, specialized lab testing, and integrative strategies.
I have a special interest in supporting women’s mental health throughout all stages of their reproductive lives- pregnancy, post natal, peri and post menopause and beyond. I also really enjoy working with other physicians and mental health providers seeking mental health support for themselves through medication management, therapy, or both.
