I am a dedicated board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over two decades of experience with working in both medical and psychiatric settings providing care to clients with a wide variety of health concerns. Common conditions treated include- depression, bipolar/mood dysregulation, anxiety/panic disorder, ADHD. PTSD, OCD, PMDD, and insomnia. I specialize in medication management in combination with brief individual supportive psychotherapy for the treatment of most mental health problems.
