I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 2 years of experience in behavioral health and an extensive medical background in respiratory therapy, labor and delivery, and inpatient psychiatry. I am passionate about delivering comprehensive, empathetic, high-quality mental health services to adults and adolescents, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma, and grief. I serve as both a mental health advocate and a therapist in my role as a PMHNP.

I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Fairfield University. I use a blend of clinical expertise, subjective observation, and evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness techniques.
