I'm passionate about women's and reproductive mental health across every stage of life, including premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), pregnancy planning, infertility, miscarriage, birth trauma, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and menopause. I also treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, psychosis, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and the ways culture, family, and life experiences can influence mental health.

I'm deeply passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, particularly within diverse communities.
