Joan Gibson is a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist with 20+ years of experience. She has provided outpatient psychiatric care at a hospital-based clinic for approximately 22 years. She provides diagnostic assessments and psychiatric medication management for individuals 18 and over.
