For 27 years I have treated Veterans, men and women, who have experienced many kinds of trauma; military, first responder, childhood and sexual trauma. Post Traumatic Growth
This weekly group is designed to promoting healing from trauma through a combination of education related to the neuroscience of trauma, skill training and fostering connection in the group setting. This group is modeled after a structure used successfully in the treatment of various traumas in the Veteran community but is flexible enough to be used for the civilian population as well.
