Starting or changing medication can be scary, but we’ll work together to find what works best for you. I work with individuals ages 6 and up, the queer and trans community, and folks in recovery from substance use disorders - I understand that life isn't always black and white. I specialize in treating anxiety, treatment-resistant depression, OCD, and trauma. My approach to care is gender affirming, and values the complexities of human relationships.
I believe real healing comes from authentic and meaningful relationships. For that reason, I take time to really get to know my patients, instead of simply providing quick medication refills. I combine medication management with supportive psychotherapy to give you a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
I’m a full human, both in and out of session, and I’m committed to fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be your truest self. Outside of work, I’m passionate about coffee, teaching yoga, traveling, and meeting new people. You can usually find me somewhere outdoors with my wife and miniature dachshund, Theodore, or reading a book on the couch.
