If you are seeking ADHD medication, I require verification of an ADHD diagnosis prior to prescribing medication. I can complete paperwork for various disabilities, but if you are requesting short-term disability, completion of paperwork will be based on my assessment there is no guarantee that I will recommend taking time off and paperwork may not be signed.
I specialize in medication management for a variety of mental health conditions. I have over 18 years of experience in nursing and over a decade of experience in nutrition, I have maintained my license as a Registered Dietitian. I like to look at the whole person and approach ways to improve your symptoms. I am here to support you in your mental health.
