I approach mental health with an open-mind and offer education and help seeking alternative treatment modalities such as Ketamine therapy and Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). I approach medication management as a tool in achieving stabilization of symptoms to be utilized in conjunction with therapy and a positive mindset.
