During my 45 years on this earth, I have been faced with more lessons than I can count. These lessons enable me to relate on a level I think is 100% necessary for building a solid and lasting relationship with my patients. I hope to share my experience, strength, and hope with you to genuinely support lasting change in your life. I offer an empathetic ear, an understanding heart, and many years of having my nose planted in psychiatry books to meet your individual needs. Not to mention, I love the work that I do.

I have a particular interest is treating those recovering from substance use disorders. However, I also enjoy treating many other conditions, such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and individuals struggling with sensitive LGBQTIA+ issues.

Your first appointment will be your longest, approximately 60 minutes in length. I will ask a lot of questions, some personal. However, you will never be pressured. We build a treatment plan together and we face the ups and downs together. Establishing balance and stability is hard! But it is possible with the right help.
