I specialize in ADHD and recovery, offering trauma-informed care for those who’ve spent too long masking or running on fumes. My work blends psychiatry, therapy, and coaching to support real change, without shame, silos, or burnout. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Your first appointment will be your longest, approximately 60 minutes in length. I will ask a lot of questions, some personal. However, you will never be pressured. We build a treatment plan together and we face the ups and downs together. Establishing balance and stability is hard! But it is possible with the right help.
