With psychiatric experience at community health center and 10 years of experience in family medicine, my goal is true wellness of mind and body. Therefore, my best effort for individual's unique wellbeing is focused on integrated holistic practices and principles, including medication treatment, natural healing in body and mind, dietary recommendations, and behavioral recommendations.
I offer medication management and talk therapy for the individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, Schizophrenia, PTSD, Autism spectrum disorder. My main treatment approach is patient-centered, targeting underlying issues to improve individual's wellness in mind and body.
